2Any flavor GoGurt
1Handful of ice

Place all your ingredients in a blender and whiz together. Enjoy :)

*** you can substitute a 1/3 cup of milk and 1-2 tablespoons of honey if you don't want to use GoGurt. Still very tasty ***
