Dragon Chicken
Superb Chinese side dish! Enough said.
Steps

To a bowl add the ingredients mentioned for the marinade, mix well and marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour.

Heat up oil and deep fry the marinated chicken. Fry till golden brown. Drain off excess oil by placing on absorbent paper.

Heat another pan and add sesame oil. Saute the ginger garlic paste till raw smell disappears. Then add onions and sauté till it becomes translucent.

Now, reduce heat and add chilli powder. Stir for a few seconds and then add soy sauce, tomato sauce and honey.

Finally, add the fried chicken along with cashewnuts. Mix well till the chicken is well coated with sauted mixture. Garnish with chives or spring onions.

Switch off heat after a couple of minutes. Serve with fried rice.
