Ingredients

  1. 2Chopped onions
  2. 500 gramsTomatoe paste
  3. 750 gramsFresh Tomatoes
  4. 1 1/2 literVegetable stock
  5. 250 gramsRaw meatballs
  6. 250 gramsScallop pasta
  7. 250 gramsVegetable mix

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sauté the onions in olive oil until soft.

  2. 2

    Add the tomato purée and mix.

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Cook for five minutes.

  5. 5

    Add the stock and stir. Add the pasta, meatballs and the vegetables.

  6. 6

    Leave on a low fire for 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, and coriander to your liking.
