BBQ jumbo shrimp

The family was at Edisto beach and this was a last minute treat for my son-in-law and I. As we came upon a fresh seafood store we decided to grab some shrimp, 2 pounds of jumbos to be exact. The discussion was grill or fry, we made the right choice. One pound of grilled heaven each. Thankfully the others weren't fans of shrimp.

Steps
- 1
Prepare the grill. Add charcoal, do not make excessively hot. Spray down the grates so shrimp won't stick.
- 2
Spray shrimp with butter flavored Pam. And sprinkle with cajun seasoning on both sides. Amount of seasoning used, shouldn't over power the shrimp.
- 3
Cook untill done, shrimp is no longer opaque, but a pretty pinkish color.
