Ingredients

  • 1 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 3 clovegarlic crushed
  • 1 canmild chopped green chilies (4 oz can and I only use half)
  • 2 tspground cumin
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 tspcayenne pepper
  • 2 canchicken broth 14.5 oz each
  • 3 cupcooked chicken shredded/chopped
  • 3 canWhite beans
  • 1 cupMonterey Jack cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook and stir Onion in oil until tender. Add garlic, chile peppers, cumin. Oregano and cayenne. Stir and cook for a few more minutes.

  2. 2

    Stir in chicken broth, chicken and beans. Simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

  3. 3

    Remove mixture from heat and fild in cheese until melted.
