Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  2. 1onion, chopped
  3. 3 clovegarlic crushed
  4. 1 canmild chopped green chilies (4 oz can and I only use half)
  5. 2 tspground cumin
  6. 1 tsporegano
  7. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  8. 2 canchicken broth 14.5 oz each
  9. 3 cupcooked chicken shredded/chopped
  10. 3 canWhite beans
  11. 1 cupMonterey Jack cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook and stir Onion in oil until tender. Add garlic, chile peppers, cumin. Oregano and cayenne. Stir and cook for a few more minutes.

    Stir in chicken broth, chicken and beans. Simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

  3. 3

    Remove mixture from heat and fild in cheese until melted.
