Ingredients: 1 tbsp vegetable oil; 1 onion, chopped; 3 clove garlic crushed; 1 can mild chopped green chilies (4 oz can and I only use half); 2 tsp ground cumin; 1 tsp oregano; 1 tsp cayenne pepper; 2 can chicken broth 14.5 oz each; 3 cup cooked chicken shredded/chopped; 3 can White beans; 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese

Ingredients

1 tbspvegetable oil
1onion, chopped
3 clovegarlic crushed

2 tspground cumin
1 tsporegano
1 tspcayenne pepper
2 canchicken broth 14.5 oz each
3 cupcooked chicken shredded/chopped
3 canWhite beans
1 cupMonterey Jack cheese

Steps

1

Cook and stir Onion in oil until tender. Add garlic, chile peppers, cumin. Oregano and cayenne. Stir and cook for a few more minutes.

Stir in chicken broth, chicken and beans. Simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

Remove mixture from heat and fild in cheese until melted.
