Steps

  1. 1

First you're going to want to soak beans in water over night.

  2. 2

The next morning cut half an onion and put 2 garlic cloves in the water and salt to taste. Boil for about 5hrs

  3. 3

After beans are done boiling, get a skillet pan and pour a thin layer of oil. Heat oil.

  4. 4

Cut the cerrano pepper and as much onion as you want and add to the oil. Sautee until the onion and pepper look brown around the edges.

  5. 5

Add scoops of beans be careful not to add too much of the water otherwise they'll come out too watery. Remember you can add more but you cant take away. If you think you have added too much water let simmer longer and some water will evaporate.

  6. 6

Sprinkle some garlic salt to taste. Start to smash the beans to whatever consistency you want.

  7. 7

If you want burritos tri to make the beans a little thicker but not too thick cause then it'll taste too dry (less water)

  8. 8

    Enjoy!!!
