2 serves
  • 1/4of medium size onions
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1medium size tomatoes
  • 1/4of medium size capsicum (hoho)
  • 2eggs
  • 1 pinchsalt

8 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut onions, tomatoes and hoho.

  2. 2

    Put oil in a pan. Add in hoho. Fry for one minute. Add in tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add the two beaten eggs fry for 3 minutes continuously. Add in salt
