Ingredients

  1. 6boneless skinless chicken breast butterfly cut
  2. 1bottle of sweet chilli sauce
  3. 1onion powder, garlic powder, chilli powder, cayenne pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Grease pan put chicken in pan and season chicken. Bake 375 for 45 minutes.

    Pour sweet chilli sauce all over chicken. Put in under the broiler for 12 minutes and enjoy.

I am happily married on 3/17/16. I have one daughter who loves to help in the kitchen. She loves to make and try different recipes from all over the country. She wants to try curry next. I found out a month ago that I am diabetic and have decided to change my life style. I am on a low carb, sugar free diet. I will still post other recipes that I make for my family.
