First bake the beetroot in the pressure cooker with a pinch of salt

Peel the skin and cut the beetroot into pieces.

In a frying pan add and allow the mustard to crack, and add urad dal and green chillies. fry and add this to beet root pieces.

Beetroot salad is ready to taste.
