1 packagestaco season
1 eachonion
1 canenchilada sauce
1 canrotel
2bags of chips
1 1/2 packagescream cheese
1 1/2 stickvelvetta cheese

add rotel, enchilada sauce, and onions and simmer.

cook ground beef, or turkey

add cheese, both.

crush chips and add to skillet.

place more chips on top and grated cheese.

bake at 400°F until chips are toasted and cheese is melted.

garnish with lettuce tomatoes and salsa
