  • 2 lbground beef
  • 1 packagestaco season
  • 1 eachonion
  • 1 canenchilada sauce
  • 1 canrotel
  • 2bags of chips
  • 1 1/2 packagescream cheese
  • 1 1/2 stickvelvetta cheese

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    add rotel, enchilada sauce, and onions and simmer.

  2. 2

    cook ground beef, or turkey

  3. 3

    add cheese, both.

  4. 4

    crush chips and add to skillet.

  5. 5

    place more chips on top and grated cheese.

  6. 6

    bake at 400°F until chips are toasted and cheese is melted.

  7. 7

    garnish with lettuce tomatoes and salsa
