Porriage yam with vegetable(ugu)
Yesterday's dinner.had to come up with this.
Steps
- 1
Slice yam to desirable sizes,wash pour in a pot with water that wont cover it.
- 2
Add palmoil,salt,maggi,crayfish and onion.
- 3
Boil for 7mins,stir with a wooden spoon very well.
- 4
Cover again check the porriage that form if is small add little more water.
- 5
Boil for another 4minutes and pour in the sliced vegetable.
- 6
Stir and bring down.fdown.food is ready.
