Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 cupcold yellow rice or white
  2. 1 packagesJimmy Dean sage sausage
  3. 1/2onion, chopped
  4. 1/2bell pepper
  5. 1 tbsponion powder
  6. 1 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1 packagesgoya season
  8. 1Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook rice and drain set aside. Cook sausage like ground beef. Once done drain the add onions and bell peppers cook until translucent.

    Add rice and seasonings mix well. You may need to add more or less season according to your taste but I like a little more onion powder. Enjoy! !!!
