1 lbGround Beef
1 tbsphamburger seasoning
1 cupA-1 Sauce
1container Bob Evans Pre-cooked potatoes (found near hot dogs and lunch meat)
1 cupshredded cheese

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F

Place ground beef and seasoning in skillet over medium heat- brown appx. 8 minutes

Microwave Bob Evans potatoes as directed on package

Strain Ground beef and spread into medium sized casserole or cake pan

Stir in A-1 sauce

Spoon cooked potatoes on top of ground beef and spread evenly
7

Sprinkle with cheese
8

Bake for 10 mins or until cheese is melted
