Southern Heat Salsa

Quick Salsa Quick Salsa
I suppose it would be easier to put the tomatoes, bell pepper, etc. to a food processor and pulse for a few seconds. But since I don't have one, I have to do it the old-fashioned way--slice and dice them manually! I call this quick salsa because I just slice and dice vegetables that I found in my fridge. If you only have tomatoes and onions, that would work, too. Angela Mertoyono -

Heirloom tomatoes have more of a tomato-y(lack of terms) taste to it. If you go with more of a yellow heirloom, it has more of a mild taste to it. So have fun with it! oinkeh -

I love taco rice with salsa, so I made some at home.If you don't like green peppers, you can omit them. If you use only 1 teaspoon of Tabasco, kids can probably still eat it too.For kids, cut the vegetables very fine so that they can easily eat it. Recipe by Tamutarou cookpad.japan -
