  2. 1 packagesFresh Blueberries
  3. 1 jarof Blueberry Preserves
  4. 1 cupBrown sugar

    Preheat oven to 350º

  2. 2

    Trim the tenderloin.

  3. 3

    Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.

  4. 4

    (Optional) Marinate up to 48 hours.

  5. 5

    Cook to 145º; approximately 25 minutes

  6. 6

    Variations: Mint, Basil, Apple Cider Vinegar, or Bourbon.
