
Steak and Cheese Soup

Cooking Instructions

Add beef base to water to taste. bring to a boil.

Add steak, mushrooms and onion. Return to boil till steak is cooked

Add noodles and cook till noodles are done

Add cheese and stir. Cheese will stick to spoon and bottom of pan so stir until its melted

melt butter in seperate pan and add flour to make a roux
- 6
Add roux to pot and boil. soup will thicken as it cooks. You may have to add extra water if it gets too thick.

dish it up and enjoy

#GlobalApron 2024, week 39. Ingredient used; broccoli. I needed to use my milk and broccoli rather than it going to waste. I used all my cheddar cheese so I used velveeta cheese ( personally I like velveeta,(no judging). Soup is a dish you adjust to your liking. You may use less cheese and milk, add slowly until it is the consistency you want. cindybear -
