Begin by taking the 10 chicken thighs and putting them in a large mixing bowl.

Next begin mixing thr marinade.

Mix 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric with 2 tablespoons of chicken seasoning and 1/4 tablespoon of curry powder in a bowl.

Using a knife peel the ginger root and mince it until the bits are barely visitble and form a mass.

Mix the sesame oil with the ginger and add it to the spices. Mix everything into a rub and spread onto the chicken.

Bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 350°F. Serve with sweet chily sauce
