3 clovegarlic peeled
2 tbsptahini
2 tbsplemon juice
2 tbspolive oil
1 tbspwater
1/2 tspsalt
1eighth teaspoon black pepper
1one or two drops hot sauce
1/2 tsppaprika
1finely chopped fresh parsley optional garnish

Combine all but paprika and parsley in food processor

Add water until desired consistency

Transfer to serving dish then garnish with paprika and parsley
