Ingredients

  1. 4medium potatoes (peeled or unpeeled)
  2. 1 cupdiced bacon
  3. 1 packetchopped mushrooms
  4. 1 tablespoonoil
  5. to tasteSalt and pepper
  6. 1 teaspoonRobertson's mixed herbs
  7. 1 clovecrushed garlic
  8. Halfchopped medium onion (optional)
  9. 20 (0 ml)mayonnaise (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Chop potatoes to your liking and boil until al dente. Add salt for taste and also add your herbs

  2. 2

    In a separate pan fry bacon, garlic and mushrooms in oil

  3. 3

    Once both are done mix the bacon mixture with the boiled potatoes. Enjoy your salad
