Ingredients

  • 4medium potatoes (peeled or unpeeled)
  • 1 cupdiced bacon
  • 1 packetchopped mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoonRobertson's mixed herbs
  • 1 clovecrushed garlic
  • Halfchopped medium onion (optional)
  • 20 (0 ml)mayonnaise (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop potatoes to your liking and boil until al dente. Add salt for taste and also add your herbs

  2. 2

    In a separate pan fry bacon, garlic and mushrooms in oil

  3. 3

    Once both are done mix the bacon mixture with the boiled potatoes. Enjoy your salad
