Fry chopped onions and garlic and black pepper in oil until soft

Add the chicken pieces rubbed with masala spice and fry until the chicken is brown

Add chicken stock mixed in tomo water and bring pot to the boil

After 30 minutes add the mixed vegetables and chicken soup pack. Leave for 5 minutes to cook

Serve stew with rice or any starch of your choice
