  • 500 gramsapricot, washed, peeled and cut in cubes
  • 1juice of 1 lemon
  • 4amaretti biscuits, crushed
  • 300 gramsvaniglia ice cream

  1. 1

    Place apricot in a blender and add lemon juice. Blend well. Add amaretti and ice cream. Process until apricot are liquefied and mixture is smooth. Pour into two glasses and add ice cubes, if desired.
