Ingredients

  • 1 cupyellow corn flour
  • 1/2 cupsoya flour
  • 1/4 cupchana dal flour
  • 2 tspn oil for make dough
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspn haldi powder
  • 1 1/2 tspn red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspn hing/ asfotied
  • 1/2 tspn chat masala
  • 1 tspn sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tspn ajwain
  • as neededOil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take mixing bowl

    Add all ingredients

  3. 3

    Mix well together

  4. 4

    Add water as required

  5. 5

    Make dough like paratha

  6. 6

    Take sev/ chakri machine & keep in triengle shape blade

  7. 7

    Grease with oil

  8. 8

    Fill dough

  9. 9

    Take pan & add oil

  10. 10

    Keep on flame for deep fry

  11. 11

    Ones oil heat properly keep it on medium flame

  12. 12

    Add churoes like sticks

  13. 13

    Fry it until it becomes some brownies

  14. 14

    Sprinkle on chat masala

  15. 15
