  • 1/4 cupred, orange, yellow bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 cuponion, chopped
  • 2 tbspparsley garlic salt
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 5 tbspbutter

    Heat butter in a non-stick skillet on medium heat

  2. 2

    Chop potatoes and cook till browned

  3. 3

    Cook peppers and onion till tender/carmelized

  4. 4

    Add seasonings and toss

  5. 5
