3potatoes
1/4 cupred, orange, yellow bell pepper
1 1/2 cuponion, chopped
2 tbspparsley garlic salt
1 tbsppaprika
5 tbspbutter

Heat butter in a non-stick skillet on medium heat

Chop potatoes and cook till browned

Cook peppers and onion till tender/carmelized
4

Add seasonings and toss
