Being as I'm Irish...I'm not new to potatoes (no famine here)! :hungry
Cooking Instructions

Heat butter in a non-stick skillet on medium heat
- 2
Chop potatoes and cook till browned
- 3
Cook peppers and onion till tender/carmelized
- 4
Add seasonings and toss
- 5
Enjoy!
