  2. 1 bunchspring onion
  3. 1 bunchcoriander,or cilantro ,or both
  4. 50 gramssunflowers sprouts
  5. 2 clovegarlic
  6. 8hot chili,or less
  7. 1/2 tbspfishsauce
  8. 1 tbspsimple sugar syrups
  9. 1onion,sliced
  10. 3mushroom,sliced
  11. 3cherry tomato,halves
  12. 1/2of bell pepper,sliced
  13. 1carrots ,sliced
  14. 1 tbsplime juice
  15. 60 gramsglassnoodles

  1. 1

    Crush garlic,chili,add fishsauce,syrups,lime juice,taste ,adapt to your preference,original taste is spicy,sour,sweet

    Boil all seafood and glassnoodles,about 5 mins or until cooked,cool it in running water,add to mixing bowl,follow with sauce,add sunflower sprouts,softly mix,serve and enjoy :)
