  1. 8 eachCherry Tomato
  2. 8 eachFresh Basil Leaves
  3. 8 eachBaby Mozzarella Pearls
  4. 8 eachToothpicks
  5. 1 tspAged Balsamic Vinegar
  6. 1 pinchSea Salt
  7. 1 pinchchopped parsley

    You will need:

    A picture of step 1 of Tomato Basil Pop 'Em's.

    Cut Cherry Tomato's in half.

    Secure a basil leaf on the top of 8 tomato halves with a toothpick.

    Secure a baby mozzarella pearl on the toothpick under the cherry tomato halve.

    Secure the remaining 8 tomato halves on the toothpick under the baby mozzarella pearl.

    Plate your Tomato Basil Pop Em's on a serving dish and drizzle the balsamic vinegar over each one. Sprinkle your sea salt and chopped parsley over that.

    Serve right away, or chill for a little bit and enjoy!

    To keep them fresh and add a fresher taste brush them with lemon juice prior to adding the balsamic and spices.
