  • 2 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 cupsuper crunchy natural peanut butter
  • 1 cupcooked pumpkin
  • 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1/2 cupdark brown sugar
  • 1 largeegg
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 1/2 tbspbutter, melted
  • 1 cuppeanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cupgranulated sugar for casting

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Mix it all up in a medium-sized bowl, except the sugar for casting. It should be a firm dough that's a bit tacky.

  3. 3

    Take tablespoon-sized lumps out of the dough, and place them on a buttered cookie sheet.

  4. 4

    Flatten the lumps a bit, and sprinkle sugar on top.

  5. 5

    Bake at 350°F for just shy of 15 minutes. You'll need to go about 3 rounds.

  6. 6

    Cool and serve.
