  2. 1 dashsalt
  3. 1 dashground black pepper
  4. 1 dashgarlic powder
  5. 1 dashonion powder
  6. 1vegetable oil
  7. 1Chicken breader or wheat flour and cornmeal mixture

    Season gizzards lightly and evenly

    Bread or flour dem gizzards!

    Drop em in hot grease (vegetable oil) until done. They will begin to float.

    Remove from oil and let them cool

    I like to serve with seasoned French fries
