  2. 135 gramsoatmeal
  3. 2 tbspcoconut rasp
  4. 3 tbsppine nuts
  5. 1 tbspolive oil
  6. 1 tspcinnamon
  7. 1/2avocado

  1. 1

    Cut the apple into small pieces and bake them in the olive oil

  2. 2

    Add the coconut rasp and the pine nuts

  3. 3

    Cut the avocado into small pieces and add this as well

  4. 4

    Add the oatmeal (with sugar) and the cinnamon and stop baking it, enjoy
