Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1 envelope(1 1/4 ounces) gluten-free taco seasoning mix
  3. 1 cupshredded Monterey Jack/cheddar cheese
  4. 1 1/4 cupsoy milk
  5. 3/4 cupgluten-free biscuit mix
  6. 3eggs
  7. 1/8 tspred pepper sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 400°F.

    Grease 10" pie plate.

    Brown beef & drain. Stir in taco seasoning. Spread beef mixture in pie plate.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

  5. 5

    Whisk remaining ingredients together until well blended. Pour into pie plate.

  6. 6

    Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra cheese if desired.
