Ingredients

  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1 envelope(1 1/4 ounces) gluten-free taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cupshredded Monterey Jack/cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 cupsoy milk
  • 3/4 cupgluten-free biscuit mix
  • 3eggs
  • 1/8 tspred pepper sauce

    Heat oven to 400°F.

  2. 2

    Grease 10" pie plate.

  3. 3

    Brown beef & drain. Stir in taco seasoning. Spread beef mixture in pie plate.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with cheese.

  5. 5

    Whisk remaining ingredients together until well blended. Pour into pie plate.

  6. 6

    Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra cheese if desired.
