  • 1 lbGround beef
  • 1/2 cupChopped onion
  • 4 cupChopped cabbage
  • 2 canKidney beans 16oz each (dark or light)
  • 1 canBeef broth 15 oz
  • 1 canCrushed tomatoes 14 oz
  • 1/2 tspDried basil
  • 1/2 tspDried thyme
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook beef with chopped onions. Drain and return to pot.

  2. 2

    Add the remaining ingredients to the beef and onion. Mix together.

  3. 3

    Cover and cook at medium heat for 30 minutes, stir occasionally.

    Enjoy!
