Ingredients

  1. 6 cupbroccoli coleslaw mix
  2. 2/3 cupchopped red onion
  3. 4 tspcanola oil
  4. 2/3 cupdried cranberries
  5. 2 tbsphoney
  6. 1/4 cupred wine vinegar
  7. 1 tspcelery salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a large skillet sauté coleslaw mix and onion in oil for 7 to 9 minutes or until tender.

    Stir in the cranberries, vinegar, honey, and celery salt.

  3. 3

    Heat completely through before serving.

  4. 4

    *This slaw can be served warm or cold.*

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
