Warm up the oil in a large pan

Sauté the onions over a low heat, when the onions are soft and browned raise the heat to high and put in the beef and peppers

Mix up the ingredients cook for 2 minutes and add the tomatoes, lower the heat and cook for 30 min.

Season with salt.Use a spoon to make 4 holes in the mixture. Crack each egg and place 1 in each hole.

Cover the pan until the eggs are ready.

Serve hot or serve cold with bread
