  • 3 lbPork Carnitas Roast
  • 2 tspPepper
  • 2 tspGarlic Powder
  • 2 tspOnion Powder
  • 1 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspOregano
  • 1/2 tspCilantro
  • 1/4 tspCumin

Steps

2 hours 20 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. 2

    Mix all spices together.

  3. 3

    Put pieces of roast in a single layer in a 9x13 baking pan.

  4. 4

    Cover with spices then cover baking pan with foil.

  5. 5

    Bake for 2 hours.

  6. 6

    Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
