Take a bowl mix all the ingredients of ghol

Make ghol with the help of water.

Add 1 tsp hot oil

Take bread piece

Cut it in to 4 parts

Take one piece spread the mixture of potatoes

Cover with the another bread piece

Dip in besan ghol

Deep fry it till golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato sauce or imli khajur chutney
