Ingredients

1 kgbesan
as per tasteSalt
1 tbspturmeric
1 tbspfine paste of garlic
1 tbsphot oil
as neededOil for frying

Steps

Mix besan with garlic paste, salt and turmeric and mix it.

Now add water and make dosa like consistency. Pour 1tbsp of hot oil in it and mix it.
3

Fill this mixture in sev maker and fry it in hot oil. Cook it well and sev is ready
