In a bowl Combine all daals and wash it properly.soak it for 15 to 20 min.

In a pressure cooker add 1 chopped onion,1 ginger slice daal and pressure cook with 3 to 4 cup water.cook it for 5 to 6 whistles.

In a pan Add Ghee and butter cumin hing ginger chopped onion and saute for while.

Add chopped tomato red chilli powder coriander powder saunf turmeric powder salt and saute for 5 to 6 min.

Add in cooked daal and again pressure cook this again for 1 to 2 whistles.

Add garam masala and kasoori methi and coriander leaves.

Serve hot panchratna daal.
