  • 1 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1 packageschicken thighs
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 3 tbspsoy sauce
  • 2 tbspsake (or water if you don't want to use sake)

    Heat oil in pan on medium-high heat

  2. 2

    Cut up chicken thighs and cook in pan until cooked through

  3. 3

    Mix together sugar, soy sauce, and sake

  4. 4

    Add mixture to the chicken and cook until sauce thickens

  5. 5

    Enjoy!!
