Fir seeds alag karke amala ki part part alag kiya.

Garlic ke chhilke utarke chopped kiya.aur chilli ke danthal alag karke chilli ko vi chopped kiya.

Ab non stick pan me pura oil garam karke thorda nikalke glass me rakhliya.

Fir pan me fenugreek aur hing dalke fry kiya.aur garlic vi fry karne daldiya

Jab garlic fry hogaya to chopped chilli daldiya

Kuchh hi der fry karne ke baad amala vi dalni hai.

Ab 5 minutes tak fry hojaye tab dardara pisa hua yellow mustard seeds, jeera,coriander powder, saunf, black pepper, haldi, salt dalke achhi tarah mix karni hai.

Fir laung cardamom ko piskar dalna aur fir se mix karna.aur thanda hone rakhdeni hai.

Ab clean & dry bottle me under wohi oil se grease karni hai jo garam karke rakha gaya tha.

Fir bottle me achar tight varni hai.aur uper wohi oil dalke band karni hai.

Bas ready hai amala ki achar.isko dhup dikhane ki bhi jarurat nahi hoti.
