Boil fresh green peas separately but don't overcook

Boil the carrots and don't over cook.

Put the 25ml cooking oil in a sauce pan and add the chopped onions and green chopped pepper but don't overcook

Add carrots, potatoes and water let it cook till tender cover with a lid

Add boiled peas and stir to combine the all food

Correct seasoning

Remove from heat and serve while hot
