RABDI... In a pan or kadai roast khoya till melt only bt remember don't change the colour

Add milk and stir continuously till half.

Add sugar, malai and saffron give nice mix.

When it become thik add cardamom, rose water, almond flakes, black pepper.

Cook for 2 minutes more and cool down. Keep in refrigerator to chill.

JALEBI.... In a bowl add maida and dahi make smooth batter.

Take it rest for 7_8 hours for fermentation.

In a pan add sugar and water. Make one string chashni.

Now heat ghee and pour batter in plastic bag.

Pipeout batter in swirls shape Directly in hot ghee. Fry at low heat to golden brown.

Meanwhile soak the fried jalebi in chashni for 30 minutes

When serve the jalegi.... take a plate decorate jalebi pour 1 tbsp rabdi and garnish with almond flakes and serve. HAPPY DIWALI
