Steps

Put some ghee in a thick bottomed pan and heat on high flame.

Lower the flame pour the chopped ginger and stir it till the raw aroma of ginger goes away and then put all spices one by one.

Stir all spices till you see fat comes up from the masala paste.

Pour chopped aaloo and cauliflower mix it well with masala paste.

Add some water.
- 6
Cover the lid.
- 7
Keep stiring till veggies are simmering.
- 8
Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
- 9
Ready to serve.☺
