Mix maida sugar salt yeast and oil together and combine it with lukewarm water to form a sticky dough

Once the dough us formed take it to your working area and kneed it till it's a smooth dough

Grease a bowl and keep this dough in it covered with cling wrap for 1 hour

Meanwhile melt the butter in a pan add both the garlic and cook it for only few seconds

Now after 1 hour punch the dough to take out the excess air and kneed it once more with light hands for only3-4 minutes

Divide the dough in equal parts and make round balls and jeep ut once more for 20 minutes

You can make this naan in many ways like in cooker or tava or in oven

I have made it in oven

Preheat the oven on 200 degree for 10 minutes

Roll one ball with the roller pin in long way and the brush it with the garlic butter and chopped coriander

Put it a greased baking tray abd bake it on 180 degree for 12-15 minutes

Take it out brush once again with the butter and serve it hot with paneer butter masala or with any other vegetable of your choice
