Cooking Instructions

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the salt in and the royco and mix it together.

Chop the onions and tomatoes and the coriander.

Fry the onions and add the tomatoes and stir. Add the coriander and stir.

Add in the beaten eggs and stir till ready.

Boil the water add some salt and oil.
- 6
Clean the rice add in the rice once the water is boiled.
- 7
Cover and allow to cook.

Serve hot

I actually made this for breakfast, but I suppose it would be acceptable for any meal except a midnight snack.Recently, I’ve been making less trips to the grocery store and I’m not the type to have groceries delivered because I can’t select the items personally. Instead, I stared into the fridge for some inspiration and came up with this. I hardly ever measure my ingredients, but I’ll try to make this as close as I can. Also, feel free to swap out any vegetables. The real focus of the dish is the steamed eggs, in my opinion. Karl -
