Ingredients

  1. 3 table spoondaliya
  2. 4 cupfull cream milk
  3. 2 cupsugar
  4. 1 cupmalai or cream
  5. Dry fruits as per shraddha
  6. 2 tea spooncocoa powder
  7. 1 table spoondesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast daliya in desi ghee and keep aside

  2. 2

    Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan and let it boil. Mix malai or cream, whatever using and cook till little thick and add daliya and sugar and let it boil

  3. 3

    Now add dry fruits and cocoa powder

  4. 4

    Cook till the whole mix leaves the pan

  5. 5

    Grease one thali and transfer the batter to it. Let it cool down. Cut pieces and enjoy diwali with this traditional sweet
