Tastes great and it will boost your iron levels

This is a Russian and Ukrainian speciality. When I stayed in Russia, I loved this salad and I often ate it. I happened to get beetroot, so I decided to have this for the first time in a while.Cook the beetroot and potatoes whole. You can remove the skin easily after cooking. Easy and delicious ~(o.o)~

This last month i spent my time researching what can i do with beetroots- beside the pickle method (which is what my grandma always does, with horseradish and vinegar and cumin, and it's super delicious, but as creative as i am i didnt stop there, i wanted more). So i have been experimenting with soups, even cakes, meatloafs, oven roasted beets and beet foam (all these experiments you can see among my recipes). Beetroot never disappointed me.
