Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 200 gpasta any..used fusseli pasta here.
  • 200 gCurd / yoghurt
  • pinchTurmeric powder..a
  • Salt as per your taste
  • 1pinch.red chilly powder
  • 1handful..kasoori methi
  • 50 gcashew nuts roasted
  • 20 gjeera
  • 2Green chillies slit
  • 2 tspsunflower refined oil
  • Mix vegetables of your choice..chopped

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the required amount of water and add pasta into it and little oil to avoid sticking.Boil them till they become soft n tender.

    After boiling drain out the water from the pasta under cold running water..keep the pasta aside

  3. 3

    Meanwhile..take a wok..Add oil..Add jeera n allow it to splutter..

  4. 4

    Add all the chopped veggies n stir fry them

  5. 5

    Add all the spices and mix them thoroughly..

  6. 6

    Now add the pasta into it...add kasoori methi..

  7. 7

    Add curd into it.stir it Add cashews in it.

  8. 8

    Your yummy shahi muglai pasta is ready
