If the beef is not cut, cut into smaller pieces. Then boil the meat for a few minutes.

Add meat tenderizer and stir well boil for a further 5 minutes. Then add in salt and 2tbsp of oil. Fry until semi golden brown.

Add in tomatoes, chopped, add in cut carrots. Stir until soft. Add in salt. Mix well then add royco powder and stir. Add in a half a cup of water.

Boil for a few minutes. Then serve with boiled pishori rice.
