Ingredients

  1. 2 1/4 cupFlour
  2. 1 tspbaking soda
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1 cupbutter (2 sticks), softened
  5. 3/4 cupsugar
  6. 3/4 cupbrown sugar
  7. 2 tspvanilla extract
  8. 2eggs
  9. 12 ozbag of chocolate chips (any variety)
  10. 1 cupbroken pretzel sticks

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    In medium size bowl stir together flour, baking soda, and salt.

  3. 3

    In a large bowl, beat butter until soft. With mixer on medium speed gradually add the sugars and beat until creamy. With mixer on low speed, add vanilla and eggs, one at a time mixing until just incorporated.

  4. 4

    Gradually blend dry ingredients into the creamed butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and broken pretzel sticks.

  5. 5

    Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheets. Try to make sure your getting pretzels in each cookie.

  6. 6

    Bake 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire wrack.

  7. 7

    Enjoy!!!

    My twist on Ghirardelli chocolate chip cookies...my favorite, but you can use whatever chocolate you like.
