Dip pretzels in candy coating. Place on waxed paper and let set. Spread bottom of each pretzel with marshmallow cream.

Spread two tbsp of icecream on 8 of pretzels, cover with remaining 8 pretzels to make sammies.

Roll ice cream portion of each Sammy in English toffee. Wrap in waxed paper and freeze.
